Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered by The Table House.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, courier availability, and delivery postcode.
Estimated delivery times shown on product pages are intended as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Methods
We work with a range of delivery partners depending on the size and type of product ordered.
Smaller items may be delivered using standard parcel couriers such as:
- Royal Mail
- DPD
- Evri
Larger furniture items may be delivered using specialist furniture delivery services or two-person delivery teams.
Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery estimates are:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days
Some larger furniture items may require longer delivery timeframes. Estimated delivery information will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable.
Deliveries to remote areas, including parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore UK locations, may take longer.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order.
Free delivery promotions may apply to selected products or order values and will be clearly displayed where applicable.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Delivery Access & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- Delivery details are entered correctly at checkout
- Access is suitable for the ordered furniture item
- Someone is available to accept delivery where required
Please ensure doorways, staircases, lifts, and access routes are suitable for the dimensions of the product ordered.
The Table House cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries caused by restricted access or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of any damage
- Details of the issue
This helps us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer standard international shipping through our website.
