Returns & Refund Policy

At The Table House, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you've had a change of heart or the item isn't quite right for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.

Items being returned must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect choice, or suitability reasons, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

If you would like The Table House to arrange collection of a larger furniture item, we can do so on your behalf. Any collection charge will be advised and agreed in advance before collection is arranged.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, The Table House will arrange collection, replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Any return shipping or collection costs for these items will be covered by us.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to discuss the available options.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Warranty

All products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer's warranty. If you experience any issues after delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

One additional point: if you are setting Merchant Center to "Customer's responsibility" for return shipping, this wording is aligned. If Merchant Center still says "Free returns" or "No cost", you'll need to update Merchant Center before submitting for review.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return: Contact our customer service team to arrange your return. We will provide you with a returns address and any necessary instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.

Warranty: All our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.
