Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, eligible products purchased from The Table House include a 12-Month Manufacturer's Guarantee from the date of delivery.

3. What Is Not Covered
The Manufacturer's Guarantee does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, neglect, or improper use
- Incorrect assembly or handling
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
- Commercial or non-domestic use unless specifically stated
- Cosmetic damage reported after delivery
- Damage caused by environmental conditions including excessive heat, moisture, dryness, or sunlight exposure
For natural wood and stone products, variations in grain, colour, texture, knots, veining, and minor movement, settling, or expansion are considered natural characteristics of the material and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
